Hi to all of you,
It is that festive time of year again. We had a fantastic Christmas party on
the weekend, with all that attended enjoying the food, refreshments, and
camaraderie. Alan and Jean did an outstanding job hosting the party and had
excellent music. Thanks to Alan for the photos! I heard from several of you,
but wish I heard from everyone regarding the party. I know everyone is busy
and even more so with the Christmas festive season upon us; perhaps we will
see you at the next one.
1. NEW YEAR’S DAY DRIVE 2019– The New Year’s Day Burn is on and will be similar to last years spirited run. Meet Ross and Stu at the Sysco parking lot at approximately 11.00am with a 11.30 sharp departure. To get to the Sysco Parking Lot from the Island Hwy, turn left at the traffic light onto Westshore Parkway and at the roundabout, take the first right exit onto Amy Rd then left onto the Sysco parking lot. (opposite the Shell station and Timmy’s) Lunch at the Loghouse Pub on Millstream Rd will follow the run. You don’t have to have your MINI/Mini, you can always use your other vehicle if you want to. It is for the fun and the spirit of friendship between various Clubs.

Year’s Day.
2. MINI EAST MEETS WEST 2019 – There is a Mini East Meets West being held in
Snowmass Village Colorado 24-28 June 2019,
https://www.eastmeetswestminimeet2019.com/ where MINIs/Minis from all over
North America and other parts of the world get together for a week. It is
always a fun trip and the event is a great time as well. This would be a 3-5
day trip down averaging 6 hours per day of driving and about the same coming
back. We like to visit various points of interest along the way as well. If
anyone is interested, feel free to contact me via this email address.
3. OTHER EVENTS/MEMBERSHIP – We have many more events planned and hope that you are able to join us. If you have ideas for events, please forward them to me. Please reply to victoriaminiscarclub@gmail.com to renew your

Cost is still $30.00 for the 1 November 2018 – 31 October 2019 Victoria
Minis Car Club year.
My hope is that this festive season brings you peace, joy and contentment.
